Pricing questions

What counts toward my annual certificate allowance?
Your annual certificate allowance counts unique credentials issued. Downloads, lookups, verification, corrections, regenerations, and resends do not count again.
Are events limited?
Paid plans include unlimited events. Your annual certificate allowance is shared across your entire organization, regardless of how many events you create.
If I delete an event or certificate, do I get that certificate back?
No. Once a credential has been issued, it counts toward that subscription year's allowance even if the related event or record is later deleted or archived.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You can continue accessing, downloading, verifying, correcting, and resending existing credentials. New credential issuance is paused until you add capacity or upgrade your plan. Certifiable does not automatically charge overages.
What if I need more certificates than my plan includes?
You don't necessarily have to move to a larger plan. Certifiable offers additional certificate capacity for organizations whose needs fall between plans. Add the capacity you need, and we'll show you when upgrading becomes the better value.
Do additional certificates roll over?
No. Additional certificate capacity applies to your current annual subscription period and does not roll over into the next year.
Does buying additional capacity change my plan?
No. Capacity packs increase the number of credentials you can issue during the current subscription period. Your plan features, administrator limits, and template limits remain the same.
Will Certifiable automatically charge me if I go over my limit?
No. Certifiable does not use surprise overage billing. If you reach your annual certificate allowance, new issuance pauses until you add capacity or upgrade your plan. Existing credentials remain available.
What is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is for organizations that need Certifiable integrated into existing systems, require API access, higher/custom volume, or advanced implementation and support.
