What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. Session cookies last until you close the browser. Persistent cookies last until they expire or you delete them. We also use similar tools such as scripts and pixel tags in pages or HTML email (for example, to know whether a certificate email was delivered).
We do not run advertising cookies, social-login cookies, session replay, or a mobile app.
What we use

Certificate and lookup messages may include a tracking identifier so the issuing organization can see whether the message was accepted or bounced. That is delivery status, not an ad pixel.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, organization login will not work. Analytics and chat can be limited in the browser; the product still issues and looks up certificates.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context ads. There is no advertising opt-out because we do not run ads on this site.
Changes
If the tools we use change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
