Look up a certificate
Three steps after the event, instead of a week of merge fields and bounced email attachments.
Upload the branded PDF you already print. Drop name, date, hours, and certificate ID on the live preview.
Bring attendees in from CSV or Excel. Certifiable creates a record for each person on the event.
Send certificates, or point people to lookup. PDFs are generated on demand — not a pile of files on disk.
Lookup and sharing are public-facing by design — and gated. A name in a search box is not enough. Codes expire. Links are not a pile of PDFs on the open web.
Attendees go to lookup and enter the email from the event. We send a 6-digit code that lasts 10 minutes. The page does not tell strangers whether that email is in the system. After the code, they can view and download their certificates.
Sharing emails a private link and a one-time 6-digit code to the person you choose. They need both. The share lasts 24 hours and works once. After that, send a new one.
Certificates are generated when someone with a valid code or emailed link asks for them. Organization email links expire in 24 hours. Issued records stay with the event — they are not sitting in a directory anyone can browse.
